We first pretreat the carpet or upholstery by spraying a specialized soap down, then thoroughly steam clean.

If we’re cleaning the whole piece of furniture/carpet, we generally don’t charge extra for any spots on it. You get quoted a price to clean it and that’s what you pay.

Generally about 6-8 hours, but it depends on factors such as the thickness of the material and humidity of the room. It is uncommon for anything to be wet the next day. Once we see what we’re cleaning we can generally give an accurate estimate of how long yours will take specifically.

The less foot traffic the better. If it is not possible to stay off the carpets, make sure to wear clean rubber soled shoes. Do not walk on damp carpets with bare feet.

We will happily move light furniture from side to side within the room to clean underneath. If there are items such as couches or TVs that you would like moved, please do so before we arrive, but it is not required.

We can usually get our equipment about a foot or two under a bed. Please note that we do not move heavy items such as beds or couches. We also do not move delicate items such as TVs.

To avoid rust spots or stains, please wait at least 24 hours before putting any furniture back onto the carpet.  Do not remove any furniture tabs that we may have placed under furniture until the carpet is completely dry.
